     1200           Check-in and Registration begins at the Ashton Inn

     1200           Hospitality Room opens

     1800-2000   Welcome Aboard reception in the Hospitality Room


WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2012

     0930            Board trolley for NAS Pensacola
     1000            Arrive at the National Naval Aviation Museum
     1000            Browse in Hangar Bay One or upstairs in the Museum
     1100            Lunch at the Cubi Bar inside the Museum
                         (NOTE: When seated, you will order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu

     1200            Guided tour of the National Naval Aviation Museum
     1400            IMAX Movie Hubble (Movie may change before our visit)
     1445            Free time to browse in the Museum's Gift Shop
     1500            Tour the National Flight Academy
     1600            Board trolley for the Ashton Inn
     1630            Trolley arrives at the Ashton Inn

     1830            Bar-B-Q in the Hospitality Room   Check the menu


THURSDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2012

     0900            Board trolley for tour of Historic Downtown Pensacola
     1015            Memorial Service at Veteran's Memorial Park with the NAS Pensacola Color Guard
     1100            Lunch at  McGuire's Irish Pub         Order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu  at McGuire's

                        NOTE:  Lunch does not include alcoholic beverages. Your server will be glad to create a separate ticket
     1300            Board trolley for the Ashton Inn
     1330            Trolley arrives back at the Ashton Inn

     1830            Fish Fry and Chicken Tenders in the Hospitality Room   Check the menu


FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2012

     0900            Business Meeting

     1800            Trolley leaves for the Angus Steakhouse banquet
     1830            Arrival at the  Angus Steakhouse  for Banquet      View the banquet menu
     2100            Trolley leaves for the Aston Inn
