WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2012

     0600-0730   Continental breakfast at the hotel

     0730            Board trolley for Sherman Field onboard NAS Pensacola
     0800            Arrive at Sherman Field - Home of the Blue Angels
     0830            Blue Angels practice show begins
     0920            Board trolley for the short ride to the Naval Aviation Museum
     0930            Blue Angels autograph session in the Atrium of the Naval Aviation Museum
     1015            Free time to browse in the Museum or Hangar Bay One
     1100            Lunch at the Cubi Bar inside the Museum
                         (NOTE: When seated, you will order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu
     1200            Guided tour of the Naval Aviation Museum
     1400            IMAX Movie - HUBBLE (Movie may change before our reunion time)
     1500            Tour of the National Flight Academy (If classes are not in session.)
     1600            Board trolley for return to the Ashton Inn
     1630            Trolleys arrive at the Ashton Inn

     1830           Bar-B-Q at the Ashton Inn    Check the menu


THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2012

     0600-0900   Continental breakfast at the hotel

     0900            Board trolley for tour of Historic Downtown Pensacola, Veteran's Memorial Park and memorial service
     1030            Memorial Service at Veteran's Memorial Park with the NAS Pensacola Color Guard
     1130            Lunch at  McGuire's Irish Pub         Order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu  at McGuire's

                        NOTE:  Lunch does not include alcoholic beverages.   Your server will create a separate ticket

     1330            Board trolley for return to the Ashton Inn
     1400            Trolley arrives at the Ashton Inn

     1830            Fish Fry and chicken tenders at the Ashton Inn    Check the menu

     1800-2200   Hospitality Room open


FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2012

     0600-0900   Continental breakfast at the hotel

     0915            Board trolley for the Marina and the dolphin cruise
     1000            Board the Chase N Fins
     1200            Arrive back at Marina and have a picnic lunch
     1245            Walk in the sand and shop on Pensacola Beach at the Island Style
     1330            Board trolley for return to the Ashton Inn
     1400            Trolley arrives back at the Ashton Inn

     1530            Business meeting in the Ready Room

     1730            Board trolley for the Reunion Banquet at the Angus Steakhouse
     1800            Arrival at the  Angus Steakhouse  for Banquet   View the banquet menu
     2130            Board Trolley for the Ashton Inn
     2200            Arrive at the Ashton Inn
