WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2010

     1500           Check-in and Registration begins at the Crowne Plaza (Call 877-227-6963 for reservations. Use Group Code "USA" to obtain the special rate for the USS Alaska)

                        Activities take place in the Grand Central Station Hospitality Room on the Mezzanine

THURSDAY, MARCH 18, 2010

     0700            Breakfast in the Hospitality Room

     0830            Load trolley for NAS Pensacola
     0900            Arrive at the National Naval Aviation Museum
     0915            Guided tour of the National Naval Aviation Museum
     1100            Lunch at the Cubi Bar inside the Museum
                         (NOTE: When seated, you will order from the  Beach Bum Trolley menu

     1200-1330   Open time to shop in the Museum Gift Shop, go on a Flightline Tour or go to a movie in the IMAX theatre.
     1330            Board trolley for return to the Crowne Plaza
     1400            Trolley arrives at the Crowne Plaza

     1730            Board trolley at the Crowne Plaza for the Officer's Club onboard NAS Pensacola
     1800            Trolley arrives at the Officer's Club
     2130            Board trolley for return to the Crowne Plaza
     2200            Trolley arrives at the Crowne Plaza

FRIDAY, MARCH 19, 2010

     0700            Breakfast in the Hospitality Room

     0800            Load bus for tour of USS Alabama
     0915            Self guided tour aboard the USS Alabama
     1130            Lunch in the Wardroom aboard the USS Alabama    Check the menu
     1230-1400    Open time to tour the USS Drum (SS228) and aircraft pavilion
     1400            Load bus for return trip to Pensacola
     1515            Arrive back at the Crowne Plaza

     1700            Clear Hospitality Room to setup for final banquet dinner

     1900            Final Banquet dinner and meeting in the Hospitality Room

SATURDAY, MARCH 20, 2010

     0700            Breakfast in the Hospitality Room

     1100            Check-out
